Deleting your account

In the app: Account → Delete account → confirm.

Without the app: email [support address] from the address you signed up with, and we will delete it within 30 days.

What happens

• If you are the only person in your household, everything is deleted at once: products, companies, answers, matches, claim records, receipt text and devices.
• If you share a household, you leave it. The household's shared list stays with the other members.
• Your email address is held for 7 days so the account cannot be re-created by mistake. Then it is removed.
• Store subscriptions are cancelled in the App Store or Google Play, not here.
