What we keep

• Your account: email address, region (province or state), time zone, and plan.
• Your household: the products you add (name, brand, model, barcode, purchase date, retailer), the companies you list as having used, your yes/no/unsure answers to eligibility questions, your matches, and what you record about claims (dates and amounts received).
• Receipts: text is read from the photo on your phone. We keep the text you send. The image never leaves your device.
• Devices: a push token per device, so we can send alerts.

What we never collect

Account numbers, card numbers, government IDs, or anything a claim form asks you to attest. You enter those only on the official claim site.

How we use it

We use your data only to find settlements you may qualify for, to show you why, and to remind you about deadlines. Analytics are aggregated and anonymised. We do not sell or share personal data.

Your choices

• Export: in the app, Account → Export gives you everything we hold about your household as JSON or CSV.
• Deletion: in the app, Account → Delete account. See deleting your account.

Law
