What ClaimWarden is

An information service. We show facts from official settlement notices and government refund pages, link to them, and tell you when you may qualify. We do not decide whether you are eligible; the settlement administrator does.

What ClaimWarden is not

• Not a law firm, and not legal advice.
• Not a claims filer. You submit every claim yourself on the official site, and you are responsible for what you attest there.
• Not affiliated with any court, claims administrator or government agency.

Accuracy

A person checks each settlement against the official notice before it is shown, and we re-check open settlements regularly. Deadlines and terms can still change. The official notice is always the authority.

Plans

Free and Plus are described in the app. Subscriptions are billed and cancelled through the App Store or Google Play.
